It is almost impossible for an organization to recover from the missteps and mismanagement that come with poor leadership selection. The pressure is overwhelming to find leaders who have the skills and experience necessary to succeed, are able to define and advance corporate strategy, and simply fit in with the organizational culture. By executive search technique, I could identify and attract these unique leaders, determine ideal organizational fit, and build appropriate frameworks for compensation and retention.

I apply database & boolean search - a common method used by most agencies wherein they will scrutinize their own in-house database and any external databases that they may have access to. This is often coupled with some online advertising (Jobs DB, LinkedIn etc) and newspaper advertising if required. In-house database is extensive and since many of these people had been previously headhunted, often these candidates are unique. Database search is often a very effective way of recruiting if company do not require the ‘best of the best’ or your role isn’t too senior but is also restrictive in nature as company are only being presented with candidates who are currently active on the job market.

We source new candidates through our network of contacts, referrals and traditional recruitment. Our team promotes the opportunity in strict confidence to prospective candidates. We evaluate prospective candidates against established criteria to locate highly qualified people. We check references to verify responsibilities, skills, and past performance.

After all qualifications are met, we present a resume and a descriptive summary of the candidate's career. We present only those people that meet all criteria.
